Rom Singles in Kavanagh to Lift Bluebirds to Win

It took an extra three innings to extend the streak.

But the Highlands Bluebirds baseball team (8-3 overall) defeated the Lexington Tates Creek Commodores, 7-6 scoring the game-winning run in the bottom of the 10th. Sophomore Ethan Kavanagh led off the inning with a double and senior Drew Rom singled him home.
