Bluebirds earn first win

The Highlands Bluebirds basketball team (1-2) hit the win column with a 58-43 victory over McGregor School (Canada) on Tuesday. This marked the second game of the Swauger Holiday Classic.

Mitch Cain and Kyle Finfrock once again led Highlands. Cain scored 21 points and Finfrock had 10

The Bluebirds take on 36th District opponent Dayton in the final game of the tournament Wednesday. Game time is 2 p.m.
