Rough Highlands Baseball Trip in Tennessee

Highlands Shut Out for Second Straight Game

The Highlands Bluebirds baseball team struggled for the second straight game in the Kentucky/Tennessee Border Challenge in Hendersonville located north of Nashville.

The Bluebirds (4-3) were shut out for the second straight game, 4-0 against the Mount Juliet (Tennessee) Golden Bears. Mount Juliet outhit Highlands, 6-3.

Highlands plays three games in the Doc Morris Invitational. The Bluebirds play host to Bishop Brossart on Monday at 5 p.m.

Softball:
Another cancellation:

The Highlands Ladybirds softball team (1-2 overall) hoped to play host to Boone County on Saturday. But it was cancelled. Highlands travels to Louisville Butler on Monday. Game time is 3 p.m.
