The
Highlands Bluebirds softball team lost to Boyd County, 9-1 in six innings in
the “Battle at the Creek” at Lexington Takes Creek on Friday.
Highlands
(13-6) saw its five-game winning streak snapped with the loss. The Bluebirds
battle Garrard County at 12:15 p.m. and the hosts at 3:45 p.m. today.
