The Highlands
Bluebirds softball and Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds baseball games
Friday were cancelled because of excessive rain.
Highlands
was to face Newport in 36th District play and NewCath was to face Lawrence
County in the Judy Construction Tournament at Harrison County. Highlands will
make up that game Tuesday. NewCath faces Cooper at 3:45 p.m. and Harrison
County at 6 p.m. today in Cynthiana.
