The
Highlands Bluebirds basketball team earned its first win Saturday.
The Bluebirds (1-5) edged the Danville Admirals, 41-40 in the Coach Bob Classic at South Oldham. Senior Parker Harris hit a lay-up with 4.2 seconds left to lift Highlands to victory after the Admirals went ahead with 15 seconds left on a three-pointer.

Junior
center Bo Hebel had a breakout game for the Bluebirds. He recorded 13 points
and five rebounds.
Highlands
concludes the tournament against the Todd County Central Rebels (2-10) on
Sunday. Game time is 4 p.m.
