The Newport
Central Catholic Thoroughbred boys basketball team bounced back from its first
loss of the season with a 68-53 win over Bardstown on Sunday.
The Thoroughbreds (4-1) were again led by Drew McDonald with 31 points and Ben Weyer with 17. Zack Pangallo contributed 14 in the NewCath win.
