The Highlands Ladybirds softball team dropped their season opener to Campbell County, 9-4. Campbell County improved to 3-0.
Highlands travels to Loveland (Ohio) on Wednesday. Game time is 5 p.m.
Baseball Game Cancelled:
The Bluebirds (4-0) saw their 9th Region game against Cooper rained out Tuesday. Highlands travels to Hendersonville (Tennessee) on Friday for two games. The Bluebirds take on the host Commandoes at 3 p.m. then Christian Brothers out of Memphis at 5:30 p.m.
