The Highlands Ladybirds softball team traveled to Elizabethtown for the Big M Chevrolet Classic this weekend.
Highlands (1-1 overall) opened the tournament with a 15-5 five-inning defeat to Anderson County. The Ladybirds take on Allen County-Scottsville and Louisville Butler at 10:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. respectively to finish pool play.
