The Newport
Central Catholic volleyball team (12-9) earned another 9th Region win on Monday
on the road.
The Thoroughbreds took out Conner, 2-0 (25-18, 27-25). Mikah Freppon had 17 assists and six aces to lead the way and Rachel McDonald had 13 kills.

The Newport
Central Catholic (12-4-1) game at Campbell County was moved back to Thursday at
7 p.m. because of excessive rain.
